Clock CAPVT MVNDI, series " aes ", n. x/200 is an only copy, realized purposely for She. 1. In case of defect of material or labor happened during the period of guarantee, Its clock will be repaired, without some expense for She, from the qualified technicians from the Company for CAPVT MVNDI. 2. The defective parts of CAPVT MVNDI will be repaired, or replaced to our discretion, always without some expense provided that in the period of guarantee. 3. The guarantee will lose its effect in case CAPVT MVNDI n. x / 200 turns out manumitted or repaired from not making persons part of our structure. 4. In case of breakdowns during the period of guarantee it is prayed to send the aforesaid clock to our address for the relative repairs, or of contact him to the aim of can communicating the nominative case and the address of a present qualified technician in Its zone. The shipping costs, assurance and other various ones from those of the repair in guarantee are to Its cargo. We pray to take note that the guarantee does not cover: - Damages or not regular operation that had to verify after the period of guarantee. - Caused damages or not regular operation from repairs executed in wrong or improper way, use mistaken or not regular and from modifications brought to the structure original that is from part of assigned not recognized from the Company and not qualified for CAPVT MVNDI. - Caused damages or not regular operations from corrosive substances, fire, water or other material liquids, or from other natural causes. - Damages to the glass, the case, the coin, the cover, the strap or the bracelet, and however to the parts to contact with the outside, if not found and evidenced at the moment of the delivery of CAPVT MVNDI. The rights of the Customer in force of applicable laws remain blank.
